Living Land Campaign

As you may be aware, the European Commission is currently preparing the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). This will decide the future of Europe's food and farming system.

The Commission has launched a major online public consultation in which everyone can participate.  You therefore have this opportunity to tell the European Commission that EU’s food & farming system is broken & is wiping out wildlife. Farmland birds have declined 55% thanks to intensive agriculture.

To facilitate your participation BirdWatch Ireland invites you to submit answers to five questions that it feels are the most relevant & to which it has prepared answers on its online tool Living Land - Take Action.  Your name, e-mail address (which will remain anonymous) and the pre-prepared answers will be transmitted directly to the European Commission.  It takes less than a minute to complete.
